Here are the materials you need: container (cheese, mayonnaise, etc.), art papers, button, popsicles, ribbon, super glue. you can add materials according to the style you want.

This is my gift without the cover. As you can see, this is actually very easy to make. you just have to paste everything according to what you want. you can use popsicles as the flooring but you can also cover it with an art paper. you decide. You can put your message at the stone. it can be personalized or you can just borrow a quote from someone.

I also wrote "Philippines" at the back of the stone to remind him that the gift is from a Filipina. :)

Super Mom & Pop

You think I would forget my parents? No way! I've made something more special for them on Valentines Day.
A Super Mom and Super Pop lollipops because they're super loving and super caring and super great. :)
My mom is away so I decided to just upload the picture on facebook and tag her. and she placed it as her cover photo. yah, no kidding. I think she's really touched. Haha. My father was even happy when I handed my little gift for him. He tried to hold back his tears. and yeah, there were no tears. Haha. Im just so happy this Valentine's Day that I made my loved ones happy.

Here's how to make your own super lollipop:
1. buy a lollipop. In my case, I bought a Chuppa chups lollipop because its tastier :)
2. Draw a cape in a not-so-hard cardboard and cut it.
3. Cut out the letters that you need to put in theyre cape. you can use colored papers or cardboards. You can choose from the colors that you want.
4. Paste the letters in the cape.
5. use a puncher to put a single hole at the center of the cape.
6. place the hole of the cape in the stick of the lollipop.
7. make your own super eyes out of the papers youve used.

There you have it. Happy making!

Valentine Treats 2012

Every February 14, I make it to a point that I give treats to my beloved no matter how busy I am. This 2012, I have decided to give pieces of my heart to the people that matter most to me. The happiness I felt when they've received my little gift made my Valentine's Day perfect, although I am single (who cares?).

By the way, these hearts are made of cardboard papers to make it more stiff and to make it useful, I've decided to make it a bookmark. I also put eyes, which are bulging and moving, to make it cute. then I put red cheeks and a smile. And because it still looks dull when I finished making the stuffs, I've decided to put a personal message to make the gift more meaningful. And tadddaaa.... you can now share your heart to others.

Who says that this day is just for lovers? :p
